About the Trainer

Charlie Mernagh has been training sales agents and sales managers since 1982. He started his own sales career in 1980 and within less than two years was the top sales manager in Ireland. He has won numerous sales and sales management awards. His training has helped 1000s of salespeople which include those working in a contact centre environment building very successful sales careers by using simple but effective techniques in selling.
