HOW DO YOU GET YOUR ILM QUALIFICATION?
When the online course is completed achieving a minimum of 80%, download your certificate of achievement and email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the completed application form (see link below) and certificate fee (pay online, see link below).

Your Certificate will be posted to the address given on the application form based on achieving a minimum of 80% in the online assessment and having the online certificate as proof of your achievement
This course explains in detail what team working is and covers some of the basic principles for
putting together a group of people who will work well together.
It then goes on to cover conflict within teams, explaining some of the reasons conflict occurs and some strategies for managing it.
It finishes off by exploring some of the different styles of management behaviour and how to develop a resilient team
