Replacing the old Train the Trainer this QQI Level 6 Training and Development is now a Special Purpose Award (6S3372) and is equal to 30 credits on the national framework of qualifications.

Course Details

Develop the necessary knowledge & skills to become a qualified and recognised professional Trainer

Training and Development as a function are concerned with organisational activity aimed at bettering the job performance of individuals and groups in organisational settings.

This is a QQI Level 6 Training and Development Special Purpose Award (6S3372) and graduates will also receive an IITD Professional Practice Certificate in Training & Development

The overall aim of the training and development special purpose award is to enable you to develop the necessary knowledge, skills competence and confidence to undertake training activities.

The training and development special purpose award encompasses the development of competencies that will enable you to identify and assess training needs, and to develop, plan, organise, deliver and evaluate relevant training activities.
