With over 30 years experience working for a multinational insurance company with a record of profitability improvement and revenue growth, and direct experience in managing sales, budgets, customer service, distribution, human resources and policy compliance.

As a seasoned consultant and trainer, clients for the management development programs have been as diverse as a public transport company, an international cleaning company, and public sector departments. Managers who have improved their performances range from team leads, cleaning supervisors and public sector managers, to engineers and Pharma managers.

Liz has been part of the team since 2014, she worked in banking across the UK for many years. She spends her days planning training and networking events and ensures all of the necessary paperwork is in place for job seekers who are getting funded training. Her main role is coordinating all of the training provision for the organisation and ensuring all paperwork is completed properly as well as keeping the business running smoothly. A real team player with a very positive approach to her role and an invaluable asset to the organisation.

 Qualifications: QQI Level 6 Certificate in Consultative Selling, QQI Level 5 Certificate in Digital Marketing, QQI Level 5 Certificate in Customer Services, QQI Level 6 Major Award in Business Studies

Training Team

We have a dedicated team of trainers available to deliver high-quality training programmes to you and/or your organisation. Below you will find a brief overview of our the work we do. The team provide training in a variety of areas such as management development, customer service, sales training and HR services. This training can be delivered online, in-house and in open workshops across Ireland. The open training courses are normally delivered in Thurles Chamber Enterprise Centre on the LIT Campus in Thurles Co Tipperary. We deliver training courses across Ireland and in the UK on request. The bespoke training courses are delivered in-house and can be in conjunction with the online course where you can study at your own pace.
