Charlie Mernagh is a Director of 2UpSkill, where he has devoted 90 percent of his time to management training & development for the last thirty years. He has extensive experience in training management and staff in the key skills of providing constructive feedback, customer service skills, people management, communication skills, selling skills (face to face & telephone), consumer Law Ready for small business owners (approved EU Trainer). His recent activities include working with IBEC & Trigraph in delivering Managing People Performance & Underperformance in the Civil Service, working with Positive2Work Skillnet in delivering bespoke Supervisory Skills training to supervisors and team leads in organisations large and small, working with small and medium sized businesses across Munster in getting them GDPR ready and providing training to job-seekers in the areas of customer service skills, tourism guide skills, selling and management skills.
Charlie is chairman of Cashel & District Social Services Ltd which is an organisation that provides a valuable service to the local aging community in the following areas meals on wheels delivery to people’s homes, second chance shop located in Cashel Town, a tuck shop in the local nursing home, food cloud delivered to people’s homes and second hand furniture located in Cashel Town.
Charlie has organized conferences such as “Let’s Get Leinster Selling” which was held in the DCU Ryan Academy, Campaign leader in Tipperary for the Sean Gallagher Presidential Campaign, provided talks for free in the areas of professional selling at Women in Business Galway, Clonmel and Wexford Chamber the Local Enterprise Office and the Green Network in Tipperary.

Liz has been part of the team since 2014, she worked in banking across the UK for many years. She spends her days planning training and networking events and ensures all of the necessary paperwork is in place for job seekers who are getting funded training. Her main role is coordinating all of the training provision for the organisation and ensuring all paperwork is completed properly as well as keeping the business running smoothly. A real team player with a very positive approach to her role and an invaluable asset to the organisation.
